Our story
Sketti originated from the word 'Spaghetti', aussie slang for most of us.
Others may have referred to it as 'Bsketti' or 'Pasketti', but for us it was always Sketti.
The word Sketti is not Italian (obviously!).
Sketti is not real, it is 'Unreal'.
It's a play on words.
Sketti is not Italian, but the food is.
Sketti is, Unreal Italian.
We knew we wanted to bring incredible, authentic Italian food back to the burbs, but we didn't want to sound like a fancy 'Cucina' or a 'Ristorante'.
We wanted our food and service to be of the highest quality, but still FUN (just like our name!).
Most of our menu includes all the classic Italian recipes, but we've added a modern twist, along with a few quirky curveballs to really keep the OMG's comin!
